Kathi McMullan - Administrator/Principal & Junior High Teacher

Kathi McMullan is the Administrator and the Junior High teacher.  She is a K-8 General Education and SpEd TEA certified teacher who specializes in Special Education.  Kathi was the original homeschooler of her now 15-year-old daughter and was the catalyst for the early home school setting.  She has 10 years experience teaching in the public school system and 7 years experience in children's ministry.  She is the mother of 4 girls and the grandmother to 16.

Kristy Goodnight - Associate Principal & Lead High School Teacher

Kristy Goodnight is the Associate Principal of the school and the Lead High School Teacher.  She holds a BS in Christian Ministries, was just hours from completing her BS in Chemical Engineering, and was a National Merit Scholar in 1998.  She and her husband were led to adopt eight at-risk foster children, then had their 9th child in 2013.  They knew that a strong academic education grounded in Biblical principal was essential for their children's success.

Natalie Hocker - 2nd - 4th Grade Teacher

Natalie Hocker teaches the 2nd-4th grade students with unending enthusiasm and excitement.  After graduating with her bachelor's degree in Psychology, she co-taught for a year before taking her own classroom this year.  She loves teaching and planning engaging, hands-on activities to help her students learn.

Wilma McMullan - Elementary Reading Specialist

Wilma McMullan is a TEA certified teacher with over 40 years experience in the public school system.  She holds certifications of Elementary Education, as well as Reading Specialist with an ESL endorsement.  She came out of retirement in order to join Agape as a master teacher and provide guidance to other staff and faculty.  She has been a vital part of Agape's team since its inception.

Carolyn Lamb - Kindergarten & 1st Grade Teacher

Carolyn Lamb holds a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education from Steven F. Austin and is currently in pursuit of her Doctor of Education.  Her four children attend school at Agape and she is an integral part of shaping the elementary curriculum. She brings an in-depth knowledge of teaching methodologies and theories that benefits the entire Agape team.

Melissa Bearden - Preschool Teacher

Melissa Bearden works with our youngest and cuddliest students, our preschoolers!  The mother of 5, Melissa is excellent at balancing structure and fun, ensuring that her students learn the foundations needed for Kindergarten while having a great time doing it.  She begins the school wide focus on memorizing Scripture with these little ones.  

Dee Lane - Teaching Aide

Dee Lane serves as a Teaching Aide to our Junior High.  She teaches under the supervision of Kathi McMullan and is working towards her bachelor's degree.  She is the mother of four with her fourth grandchild expected soon.

In addition we have full-time and part-time staff who are volunteer parents and serve in support roles such as receptionist, secretary, custodians, aides, and substitutes.
